This filly foal has jumping and dressage lines.  She is very elegant and graceful and has a lovely easy character.  She got very good scores at her two outings at Les Breviaires and at the French Breeding Championships in Saumur.

So very proud of BELLA TOP first foal of ZZ TOP, classed 10th with 74.667%, in the final of the Female Foal Championship, with 31 contesting.  The first 11 foals nearly all German bred except for one Olivi, all by well known stallions such as Ampere, Don Davidoff, Don Schufro, Dancier, Soliman de Hus, Olivi, Riccione, San Amour,and of course ZZ TOP!!!   BELLA TOP is the highest placed "Selle Francaise"!

Sara and Zwolle took the third place in the Amateur 2 Preliminary test.  A few little mistakes with a rather tense horse!  Well done Sara!!

Bella Top the first filly foal of ZZ Top and Amarena was awarded 85% at the dressage breeding show at Les Breviaires on Sunday.  The judges appreciated her springy trot with a lot of elevation and awarded her a 9!  Very promising foal.  Now on our way to Saumur for the Final.

Michele Lamson has passed on after a terrible fight with brain cancer.  She will always be remembered for her professionalism in the world of dogs and horses.

Sara and Zwolle get a 4th place in the Amateur 2 Prelim with 65.625%. They got a 9th place in the Amateur 2 Grand Prix with 62.738%.  A bit of work to do yet but globaly happy with the direction in which they are going.  Zwolle was electric in the GP inspite of the baking heat 33°!!!

Sara and Zwolle win a 3rd place in the Amateur 2 Preliminary test (C2) with 66% some little erreurs but nothing catastrophic.  Well done!!

Bella Top born at 19.00 hrs on 20 May 2011 at the Ferme de la Petite Hogue in Auffargis. An adorable chestnut filly with a white star and two white socks!

Sara and Zwolle get a third place in the Amateur 2 Imposé A test with scores of 69.06, 64.68 and 66.87.  Total 66.87%

Well done Sara, such a proud mum!  Zwolle is an incredible horse, totally unperturbed by the enormous white flags flapping!!

Much better today in the Amateur 2 Preliminary test, Sara and Zwolle obtained a second place with scores of 70%, 70% and 69% (for once the judges were in agreement).

Amsterdam ridden by Jean Francois Rondoux scored two clear rounds in the Cycle Classique 6 year old class and the 6 year old against the clock where they came 8th.

ZZ TOP's first foal due to be born in May to AMARENA at a stud farm in Auffargis.

ZWOLLE will go out in the Amateur 2 classes with Sara Lacroix and ALERAS who has no intention of being retired or put out to grass will continue to do Amateur 3 classes.  He will be 18 this year and is just as fit!

AMSTERDAM will go out in the Cycle Classique 6 year old classes and will do some international tracks as well with Jean Francois Rondoux.

My Christmas present!

Pretty to look at but no idea what to do with the horses!

Amber's Angel was weaned from her mum this weekend.  She looks a lot like her father Olivi!

An awesome Salon de Cheval in every sense of the word.  3 hours to do 50 miles across Paris, got lost in Villepinte in a snow storm, couldnt find the boxes, walked miles!  Aleras after trying not to fall in his very slippery box got 3rd in the Am3a and 5th in the Kur so an overall 6th in the Championships, not bad considering the aweful weather conditions over the past 2 weeks and we dont have an indoor school!

Well done Sara and Aleras you were TOP!

After being refused approval for Amsterdam with the ANSF, I decided to try for the "Anglo European Stud Book".  Amsterdam is now approved.  The ANSF made me feel that I could go on paying every year but they were never going to approve my dutch stallion in preference for the others "made in France"

Amarena is in foal to ZZ Top.  This is his very first foal and is due to be born in May 2011.

Gold medal for Sara and Aleras in the dressage Amateur 3 (young riders group), with scores of 70% and 71% for the two tests.  Well done!!

Sara and Aleras win the Amateur 3 A test with 67%.  Now we are on our way to the Salon de Cheval in Paris on the 6th December where this couple will be defending their title in the Amateur 3 dressage.  Following that Aleras will retire at the ripe old age of 18.

A big kiss for Aleras who took the 4th place in The Meeting at Lamotte Beuvron Championat de France, 25-29 August 2010.  Four competitions had to be completed on the programme for the Amateur 3 Young riders.  The Amateur 3 imp A and the Amateur 3 imp B, the test to music and the Top Model selection all went to give an overall score.

Qualified for the finals at Fontainebleau- A big "BRAVO" for Jean Francois Rondoux, the owner of this gorgeous stallion is extremely happy!

Jean Francois piloted Amsterdam brilliantly to obtain a clear round and a round with 4 faults.  Qualified for the finals!

Amsterdam and Jean Francois Rondoux effected a clear round in the Cycle Classique 5 year old A class.  We are needing just 78 euros to qualify for the finals at Fontainebleau.  The CIR competition at Compiegne is going to be stressful!

Zwolle and Sara obtained 65.00% at their first outing this year at the SEP in the Amateur 3 Imposee B class, giving them a sixth place!

Thunder, lightening and pouring rain didnt perturb Jean Francois Rondoux and Amsterdam in getting a clear round!

Amsterdam ridden by Jean Francois Rondoux did a super clear round on the first day, but unfortunately touched the very last jump on the second day.   Are we going to qualify??

Aleras ridden by Sara Lacroix won the Amateur 3 in Breulliet, and came second in the Amateur 3 Imp. B at Les Breviaires.  Such a proud mum!

Just 4 faults, unlucky day!

Thibault Roca fell victim to an accident at Fontainebleau and is unable to assume riding at shows for the moment.  Jean Francois Rondoux has stepped in and taken over the ride on Amsterdam and presented us with a brilliant clear round at BONNEVAL.  Bravo!

ZZ Top is standing at the Haras de Feuillard stud.  Stud fees for 2010 are 350 euros at reservation and 350 euros mare in foal on 1/10/10 plus transport costs.

Aleras and Sara get second place with 68,66% in the Amateur 3 A class with scores of 70%, 72% and very strange 63%!

AMSTERDAM our KWPN stallion by Gentleman will be jumping on the Cycle Classique 5 ans A circuit.

ZZTOP will be standing at the Haras de Feuillard Stud.

ZWOLLE will be competing in the Amateur 3 classes with Sara Lacroix.

ALERAS will continue his way in the Amateur 3 and Amateur 2 classes.

AMARENA is due to foal down in May to OLIVI (kwpn).

Sara and Aleras win the Amateur 3 Imposée A test with a score of 72.50%!!   The judges' comments are to be framed "Good test" and "Very good test - well ridden"!

ZZ Top obtained scores of 74% and 72% in the Pavo Cup in Holland with Hans Peter Minderhoud and he took the 26th place. There are around 200 horses on the startlist, but ZZ Top was privileged as he had got to the final round in the Stallion Show in Hertogenbosch.

Zwolle obtained two 2eme primes with Sara.  We need to work a bit harder but what an elegant couple!

ZZ Top obtained the "France Dressage" label for future dressage stallions.  He obtained excellent marks for his model and his paces.  The judges also pointed out his beautiful head and expression!

He has done it!!!  Amsterdam has completed his two rounds by going clear!!  He has the label "Excellent" and now we are waiting to hear if he has been approved for the "Selle Français" stud book.

Well done Thibault Roca our rider and Jean Francois Rondoux our trainer for expertly preparing this beautiful horse for the 4 year old classes!!!  Thank you so much!!

He obtained "Elite" in Saumur 2008 and is now an approved stallion in France "Selle Français".  At the moment he is being trained by Hans Peter Minderhoud in Holland in preparation for the Pavo Cup.  In September we will show him in Saumur to obtain the label "Etalon France Dressage" after which he will be free to do his stud duties.

Sara chose to ride on the Cycle Libre circuit and has now qualified for Saumur.

This couple has just completed a successful training course with Stefan van Ingelgem in Belgium. (see link)

Scandic the father of Zwolle has just won the Swedish Grand Prix with Patrick Kittel.

Solos Carex the grandfather of Zwolle was 8th in the Swedish Grand prix.

He is stationed at the Haras du Haut Levant in Le Mesle in the forest of Rambouillet.  He is trained by Jean Francois Rondoux and is expertly ridden by Thibault Roca.  He is on the Cycle Classique circuit for 4 year old show jumpers.

Amsterdam has now qualified for Fontainebleau.

Amarena is in foal to the dressage stallion OLIVI (kwpn/sf)

Aleras will be competing on the amateur dressage riders circuit with Sara Lacroix.
